1) If the earth is getting warmer. It is the epitome of human arrogance to think that we are the primary cause. This is not to suggest that we should not be better stewards of the earth or that we haven't caused problems. But the Sun probably has a little more influence on things than we do.

the USA is in big trouble
We are in trouble. Barak Obama (aka Barry Soetoro) is immune to any scrutiny or probing questions. I suspect that the speculations regarding Obama's citizenship status are likely accurate, but even more likely irrelevant given his messiah persona. To ask Obama to explain anything he has been involved with in the past is to be a racist.

Banks are Playing Games with Merchants on Credit Card Chargebacks
What follows is a moderately complex description of a case illustrating an abusive fraud that is being allowed to be perpetrated on merchants in this country by our banks. I can only attest specifically to my own case. My research leads me to believe that these deceptive practices are the rule, rather than the exception. I don't think it is right. It seems to me that the key to stopping this is to fix the broken regulations, which permit this to occur.
